Replacing tabs with paragraphs

If we need to replace leading-tabs with paragraph tags (text to epub workflow), the search-and-replace is to find \t and replace it with </p><p> and then clean up the tags at the start & end to make sure everything's paired up, an opening for every closing and vice versa. Search Mode will need to be set to Extended.

Sigil tips

• It doesn't like standalone ampersands, so use & instead.
